A lot is learned about one's self when he travels outside his home. When he finds himself surrounded by nothing like himself, the comfort zone that he had is diminished. An example of this is when I have made trips up North with my family to work in the fields during the first 16 summers of my life. The whole trip made me feel like an outcast of the society by which this country is run.
