When having children you have to think not only of their needs today but their needs tomorrow. These needs of tomorrow include higher education. The problem with this need is that it is very expensive. In the year 2017 an education will cost $37,529 based on 5% inflation. To borrow and repay a loan in the same year based on the same inflation and a ten-year loan at 8% the cost will be $54,639.
