Opening. "Pilgrim" by Timothy Findley and "Slaughter-House Five" by Kurt Vonnegut, are very similar in their writings in some ways and very different in others. They both touch on some of the same topics and ideas, but the they approach them in different ways, and sometimes have different views. The books are similar because they both discuss and portray women in different ways, wheter it be stereotypical or not. Another way they are similar that they both refer to travelling in time, but the authors go about this in two very diverse ways.
