Marijuana has become so popular that almost everyone we know, also know someone who've tried marijuana or is using marijuana on a normal basis. Also, to allow responsible adults to grow small amounts of marijuana in their homes for personal use, but with regulations and restrictions to control it and not to let it go out of hand.
