Robert Frost's poem The Road Not Taken begins with two roads which symbolize his opportunity for a career change. The "yellow wood"(line l) indicates he is not a young man an he is sorry he cannot combine both jobs into one. He gives the choice every consideration but it is difficult to see that far into the future.
