Ender Wiggin, despite being an independent thinker, was influenced greatly thoughout the course of the book Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card. Some of the factors that persuaded Ender were Valentine, Peter, Mazer Rackham, the Buggers, and even the "battle school" itself. Without the most important persuasive influences from his sister Valentine and the Buggers, Ender would have never accomplished the ultimate goals nor made the extreme sacrifices he did in order to save the world.
