A detailed Summary of Business Law

Many businesses start out and have high hopes of becoming an overnight sensation. My new independent business is Brian's Bed and Breakfast. It is located in the quiet town of Wylie, Texas (west of Plano). The town does not currently have a hotel or bed and breakfast. My business will benefit travelers who seek a more comfortable sleep and meal than a normal hotel provides. The place will be open 7 days a week and will open from 5 in the morning and close at 11 at night. Any late-comers may still be able to arrive after closing, however. My target consumers are those tourists and businessmen who enjoy the home-like atmosphere of a hotel room. My rooms will not be like normal hotel rooms, but rather like their own room. This business requires a locale in a small, quiet town that is amidst all the area's corporations and sights. I chose the small, peaceful community of Wylie, because it is near Plano and still is big enough to have a place like this. I have to refurnish an old building, but that is no problem. I have chosen a small, quaint country home for my business setting. The area is easily accessible to downtown Dallas and the big corporations that are located in Plano, Texas. These include corporations such as Pizza Hut, FritoLay, and J.C. Penney. The metroplex is growing, but Wylie remains a small town that provides a great close-knit community atmosphere.
