We live in a nation built on the idea of freedom, freedom of choice and freedom of expression, yet we are not free. Abortion is an ever-present choice that every woman should and does have, not based on ones financial situation, cultural background or even age; it's a choice that every woman has the right to. There are too many children being abandoned and given up for adoption every day and there should be some responsibility for ones actions, the children should not have to suffer for their parent's faults. An abortion is a right as an individual, the right to decide what happens with ones body and the freedom to chose their own future. Abortion is a woman's right and choice. In 1973 Roe vs. Wade was a landmark trail, which led to the legalization in all states for a woman to have an abortion. It is also the woman's right to privacy with this abortion, because without legal abortion women would be denied their constitutional right of privacy and liberty.
