It is easy to trace people because of their social security number, as the number leaves behind a sort of electronic trail through the vastness of Cyberspace. Blacklists are devastating and have the ability to destroy someone if they are not careful. Take the case of Rosa Delgado, a woman with two children living in an apartment just outside of Los Angeles. After making a claim that he needed the room for his sister, Rosa's landlord evicted her.
