1. You are being interviewed by superintendent for an elementary

position. "Tell me, , What would you do the first two or three weeks

of school to establish your discipline plan and classroom rules?"

Well, Mr. Jones, I would have the class help me make up the rules. As

they are said by the students, we will write them on the board and discuss

them. After we have picked the ones that we feel will be most helpful, we

will make up a chart and post it in the room. I feel that the students will

better follow rules that they have helped to make themselves. I will also

have the children act out the rules. They can put on plays to demonstrate

the do's and dont's of the classroom.

2. You are being interviewed by the principal of the building where

you are applying for an elementary position. , how would you handle

old enough or experienced enough to stop them. I also think that they will deliberately

if you are going to reward a student, it should be in the means of a

rewards because they make the other students feel left out or "not good

enough for you." Another idea would be to have a group reward, like if

teacher, they want to "break her in." They will test my patience to see exactly what I will

explain to the students that are trying to show off and talking out that they
