A detailed Summary of Slavery1
When you think of the Colonization period in African, do you realize that it affected the whole continent and drained it natural resources for close to century, while enforcing western culture and values. These picture was very clear in the play "I will Marry When I Want" The Author, Ngugi Thongo, made very observable and drew a picture , he also presented the colonial effect on the content more than any of the other novels that we I read. Although colonization changed the direction that Africa would have been taken if the white man stayed away. I think that Slavery did more damage to African civilization and development. Africa would have been played big role for the inventions that occurred during 19 the century indust

After long slave trade and wars the first thing that needs to be established is just how much damage has the European colonization did to Africa. As we saw in the Things Fall Apart" The colonizers created many problems, which were, justified their greediness. One of the most knows problems that Post-colonial Africa faced is corruption and bad governing. Knowing that the corruption and the bad governing of the African post-colonial leaders whom was the product of colonizers European colonizer work very hard to create economical dependence and corruption. To insure this they installed leader that would work their interest. They did this either by organizing military cues such as the one that overthrow Lamumba or other means. To make things worst colonizer come back took full control of the African economy. European countries rushed loans and grants to the military regimes. One good example is the formal leader
