Thomas Jones is a thirty-five year old male enrolled in the Westmorland Work Adjusment Program. Tom was injured in september of 1998 while working on a roof at his previous job, Martin Construction. Tom sustained sever injuries to his lower back and right arm following the accident. After a grueling rehabilitation process, Chamberland and Gross Vocational Rehab center placed tom in his new job at Eat N Park. Hear Tom's new occupation is a short order cook, which he found interesting during his vocational assessment. Due to his back injury Tom is unable to do heavy lifting or excessive bending. After a seemingly sufficient adjustment time, managers find that Tom is consistantly late for work and has been praticing some unfit pers
Objectives: Using one of the behavior modification techniques, Tom will be instructed to commit to the correct behavior needed to fulfil his job.
3. If the behavior occurs during the third shift Tom will be fired from Eat N Park.
2. During the next shift he works he will be told once an hour about proper dress and conduct while at work.
3. After his third consecutive shift he will be told once about the proper dress and wearing of his hair.
