A significant change in today's world has come from the creation of the Internet. The average person would never have the opportunity to chat with a stranger living on a different continent. Now the Internet presently allows many people all over the globe to communicate and better understand each other. It has brought many people who once had ignorance and prejudices together with a couple clicks of a finger. Also, before the Internet was created it took large amounts of time and money for people on different continents to exchange considerable amounts of information for use in their businesses. And, now that the Internet exists many different people can communicate and learn about each other personally and professionally.

Prior to the change, different people of different countries were not as easily able to talk casually with one another. They would never have had the chance to see for themselves that they were similar, even though they resided in different countries with different customs. Only those who had enough wealth to travel to another country could learn about another's


A great deal of change has come about from the Internet. Many people understand each other more and have become more tolerant to each other because of it. It also allows businesses to communicate globally without any unnecessary costs. Since, the Internet has been formed everyone has benefited from everything it has to offer. From chat rooms, used to communicate personally, to e-mail, used to communicate both personally and professionally, to teleconferencing, used to communicate professionally. Although, only the people that can use the Internet are affected by this change. Soon, everyone in the world will be able to get on the Internet and connect with everyone else in the world. Which brings people closer together, helping to rid the world of the prejudice and intolerance. Also, helping businesses expand and communicate globally. This connection will allow everyone to benefit from the change brought forth from the creation of the Internet.
