This article defends why no-fault divorces are good option for couples to have to get out of bad marriages. A no-fault divorce can be given even if only one spouse wants it. With this type of divorce it gives a beaten wives and children an easy way of getting out of a bad situation. The author agrees with the no-fault divorce because he or she believed that if divorces are made hard to get.
