My topic is about AIDS and the HIV virus. My article explains how the immune cells come back when the HIV drugs have been no longer given to
the patient. The scientist in my article have discovered that given a break in medication. The immune system may have a chance to fight against the HIV and AIDS virus. This is a very interesting discovery.
In this discovery, there were some patients who had decided to interrupt their complex HIV drug schedules. In doing this two kinds of the immune cells came back for a while to battle the virus. Teams of scientist at the Wistar Institute say that taking a break from HIV medication can be risky and unwise. But this brings about the argument, What if the patients were carefully watched and controlled?
