Also I am thankful for their views, comments and criticisms which have helped me greatly to refine my work and shape it in a proper manner This research study examines the underlying reason for different levels of Motivation among trainees
Important and deciding factor for the quality of work at MCS is the individual's skill and ability to apply such to the practical problems. Motivation is directly a main deciding factor for individual's work performance. Climate of the organisation always influences and affects the motivation, the performance and the job satisfaction. It does this by creating employee expectations about what consequences will follow from different actions. Employees expect certain rewards, satisfaction and development on the basis of their perception of the organisation's climate. By explaining the above results using the fiedler contingency model, we have to pat attention to 3 main attributes. Theories about personality formation can be divided in to the naturalist, and non-naturalists. Naturalists would believe that personality is due to our genetic and physiological make-up, whilst others believe that it is the environment, and the individual's experience of it which are of crucial importance. The questions have been arranged in a logical manner and in an easy way to answer covering the required scope of subject area. A time sequence and subject sequence has been considered. Close ended questions have been used far as possible. All questions have been structured and prepared well in advance and carefully selected.
