Therefore one's need level activated at a given situation will be heavily influenced by the norms of the groups of which he has membership. The manager must study the groups, specially their norms and strength in applying the Need Satisfaction Theories for motivation. We can see that motivating people is not that easy. Or we should say, motivating them to accomplish company goals is sometimes difficult. No two people are exactly alike. It was recommended that there are number of steps that could be taken by the firm to improve the motivation level of trainees which would result in improvement in quality of work performance.
