Spoilt kids
A detailed Summary of Spoilt kids
As reported in the article "Will the world soon be ruled by spoilt children?" (Daily Express, 3rd May 1999) the amounts of money parents are spending on their children is rapidly increasing. It has been estimated that in America, around $512 billion (that is L320 billion) is spent of children under the age of twelve every year. There are several reasons why parents spend so much on their offspring.
I think the main reason parents spend lots on their children is because they work long hours, and so do not get a chance to be with their children a lot. Secondly, after a short while, your child is likely to get bored with the toy, or outgrow it, and so it will stay untouched, in the back of the cupboard for several years, until it gets thrown away. It is simply a waste of money!
Babies and children are all over the media. Many celebrities, like Melanie Brown and Victoria Adams (better known as Scary and Posh Spice) Cindy Crawford and Madonna, are, or recently have been pre
