They are being paid money to do this job and they should be doing their job not wasting the company's time for their own enjoyment. I know that installing blocking systems or filtering programs is not going to stop people from surfing the net because sites are going up daily. If feel that this is the best way to prevent most workers from going into most sites that they are not supposed to be entering.
