A detailed Summary of basketball


During our Phys E.D coarse this year we have done basketball twice, near the beginning of the year and in April which is just 2 months ago. During the two basketball sessions we have learned skills, teamwork. Control and positioning.

Skills: At the first part of basketball we learned shooting (form, spin on the ball and timing) also the different types of passes (chest pass, bounce pass, lob passes and swinging the ball).
