My resting heart rate is a 76, which to me is extremely high. I'll go to the gym faithfully for a month then I will slack off and wont go for a month or two. I feel my strength is moderate to high for a 24-year-old female. I am very flexible. I have always been able to do the splits or bend down and touch the floor with the palms of my hands. Currently I am free from injury, although I have been hurt in the past. I have no disabilities.
