Death Penalty

The death penalty currupts, and shows barbaric examples to our society. To fight the war against murders and brutal serial killers by murdering more people is a concept I do understand for many reasons. The Death Penalty is a penalty that does not have a lot of positive feedback for our society because of the changes of prisoner's character, it puts the killer's out of their misery, and many have been proven innocent after being proven guilty. Those who fight to kill their own species for justice will say "An Eye for an Eye" but I say hypocritical.

A change in character is not un-normal while a man sits on death row, examples of this would be first a couple in mid-western America had their daughter killed in a poor part of Africa while she was there on vacation. At first they did have hatred towards the two killers who did such a horible crime but they were a religious couple and instead of wasting their time wishing two would die they nearly wanted to help them. They went over to africa and set up clinics for the people in that town and helped hundreds of people. The two men were introduced to God by the couple and after they were released they asked for forgiveness and ofcoarse it was given. Secound it is important to

An eye for an eye is what people say to make them selves feel better for putting people on death row but this unintiligent but hatred thinking proccess can be torn apon by a considerable amount of reasons, but the most convincing of them all are these. First revenge should not be the reason we take the lives of these criminals. It is one thing to kill in the proccess of productivety but it is far from right to kill out of anger, hoping that things will now be better because we have now killed everyone. Next, if it is revenge that you must have then you shall get revenge by severely punishing the prisoner which can be done in several ways other then death. The killer can have a limb removed, life in prison, and many others, but after this has been applied the killer should be forgiven no matter how much of a terrible choice he or she has made. Finnally, hate towards the killers should not be there in the first place, for much more good could occur then if you only wished !

There have been many cases where a man on death row has been proven innocent before or after is death has already been obtained. First of the two men that is to be talked about is John L. Fereman. He is a man who had a home in Austin, Texas, who was happly married untill his wife was found dead shot in the head with John's hand gun. He was then charged of the murder of his wife and given death as his penalty. It was not untill December 13 1990 when he was realesed from deathrow that people believed his word against that justice system(____). It was deter
