A detailed Summary of The good and bad times of a MacDonald's Employee

The good and bad times of a MacDonald's Employee

There is one main reason I hate MacDonald's, working there. Some days it's good but some days it's very bad. The costumers are one of the main reasons I dislike working there. The bad hours and the long shifts are getting too my personality as well. I will have to say MacDonald's is a good place to work and they are very flexible for changing shifts but other wise I don't know.

MacDonald's is a good first job for any teenager. It helps you to become mature and active. If it wasn't for MacDonald's I would be very lazy and immature. They Are really good about switching shifts and taking time off. For an example during the summer I wanted to be at my cabin. So I made it so I worked a week then had 3 weeks off, then worked for two weeks and took a month off. They didn't really even care. They also work around St. Joes schedule, like during finals or any sport activities. I don't know too many other jobs that do that. They treat the employees well too. Like on extra value days they would have chocolate bars or candy in the staff room. They had a crew meeting at the forestry farm and we got pad for it. All we did was talk and hear a couple of the managers talked, and then played

How expensive would that be eating out every night. It's not like they don't have any kids, they do at least three. They order happy meals with only ketchup on their burger or unsalted fries. I can see how people don't like salt and onion or pickles. But don't complain how long it takes when you order that. One time this group of parents and their kids come in. They ordered 12 happy meals and told me to bring them out. I would understand if it wasn't busy but it was packed. On the way out I was bring out a tray of drinks to them and another kid bumps the tray. One little drink falls on a different kid sitting down, and the parents freaked. I gave them a couple of apple pies and apologized but the whole time I was working they stared me down. These people are one of the regulars too, they come and mooch off refills like a hundred times. Whenever they come in they stare at me and shake their heads. That's when I wish I could have a better-respected job. People also come in and !

tell one of the managers who you want to switch with and what shift. The managers are very good about you denying shifts. When they call you or ask you in person to take an extra shift you can just say "no" and they don't ask why. The other employees at the times when you work are close if not your age, so you know most of them. You can talk and ask them to take your shifts. It's not so boring if you know somebody. When I was working at Visions Electronics all the other employees were ay least 3 years older then men. I still got along with them very good but it wasn't the same. After work the guys would go to the bar, but I couldn't go because I was under age. When I'm working at MacDonald's, we all go to a party or out to a restaurant so that's a lot

The hours you have to work are very cra
