In Indonesia the level of unemployement is high and the wages are low. A compagny offers jobs for 20 people but 30 people show's up. What to do? Isn't it true that it would be better to hire the most applicants possible for the good of the society, remembering that the level of unemployed is high. Isn't it true that having a low wage is better than having nothing for a country that dosen't have welfare.

In this paper it will be shown that the marxist perspective is correct. Functionalist will argue that living in a capitalism society brings greater living.
