How One Bullet Destroyed Two Lives

There are certain events in people's lives that change them forever. There can be

an occurrence that can make someone learn from their mistakes, or realize that they take

things for granted. Whatever it may be, it changes the path of life the person is going in.

In the next essay, I will share with you the event that changed my life forever.

As a child growing up, I didn't have too many friends. My parents thought that

our neighborhood was too rough for a little child to be running up and down the block, so

they kept me inside most of the time. However, as I grew older they let me out more. I

began going out and meeting people on my block. The first friend I had, was my then
