Prayer was victoriously taken out of public schools in 1962. Since then, many argue that the place where students spend nine months a year from age six to eighteen is the one place that morals and values do not flourish. A lose of ideals can indirectly be link to the absence of individual thought, in which prayer can be a catalyst.

History shows that America, especially in our schooling system, needs prayer. This country was based on religious beliefs from the start. Public schools involved prayer in the classroom for nearly 200 years.
