Skateboarding is something I picked up when I was about eleven years old. I always watched my brother skate with his friends and wanted to be just like him for as long as I could remember. It just looked like a fun new thing to do, and I am the type of person that will try anything, so I was like, "why not?" I knew that I liked adrenaline, speed, and it was good The more I skated around town, the more I fell in love with it. The feeling of total freedom and weightlessness as you glide through the air over a ramp, or the way the wind feels while going down the gnarliest hill in town and not bailing out. Just knowing the only way to pull it off is to say "to hell with the consequences," this is something I must do. Then the feeling of adrenaline inside after pulling something off that I thought I could never do. As I continued to skate I learned more and more about myself.
