Considering all the different reasons that women have abortions today, there should be laws or restraints that forbid women to have abortions for reasons other than rape, incest relationships, or danger of permanent damage to the baby or death to the carrier. Women today are using abortion and partial birth abortions as a form of birth control. There are so many different options other than abortion to be considered in the process.

Women have options that should be considered before deciding to go ahead with abortions. Adoption is one major issue to be considered. Women can carry to full term and the give the baby to a family that would be financially stable to take care of the baby. An alternative to giving the baby to a family you hardly know, it is possible for a family member or close friend to take care of the baby until the mother is able or permanently.

The reasons that women give up their babies are endless. Some examples are being financially unstable, to young, raped, incest relationships, and not ready for the responsibility.
