I walked into my room on a very cold day. It was a bad day and I just felt like crawling under the covers and sleeping. Yet, I couldn't because of all the chores and homework that I had to do. I figured that I could take an hour nap and just lay off some of the chores around the house. Well, that hour ended up being about 3 hours, and to top if off I woke up with a headache. My Mom got home shortly after that and wasn't too happy about me putting of the chores that needed to be done. I told her I was going to do them but then I found myself waking up 2 hours after that conversation. I had fallen asleep again. I ran downstairs to finish them before she got home. As I did this I noticed all my chores were done and on the table there was a bowl of tomato soup (my favorite). Next to it was a note...


That is just one example of the many things that my Mom does for me. I don't understand how a single Mom with three kids goes to work, school, and still has time to keep the house clean, and do all those little favors she does for me.
