The media has a great importance in our daily lives. Whether you are reading a newspaper, surfing the internet, or watching television - the media is impacting you in a way that no other medium can. The media is our link to the outside world. Sometimes we are consumed by the media - in times of sorrow and tragedy, and in times of joyous celebration. But it is in these times that the media means the most to us. It allows us to share in these times and helps us to understand the situations surrounding them better. We would certainly be lost without any source of media in our lives. We depend on the media like the air we breathe. It has been around for quite a while, and it now seems that today's society has taken it for granted. It will always be there.
