Triangle Shirtwaist Fire, Sexual harassment and OSHA in the Work Place The women that worked at the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory in 1911 experienced many unfortunate happenings in the workplace. The woman experienced extremely long days, sexual harassment, and unsafe working conditions.
