The use of taxpayers' money has been an issue ever since the seed of democracy was planted. From state to state, from community to community, to district-to-district, even at the national level, the use of tax money is constantly disputed. Just as the curriculum and quality varies from school to school, so does the opinion of school vouchers. Whether or not taxpayers money should or even could be used o decide the best school environment for under privileged children was a heavily heated debate in the last presidential election.
