24 Month Tracking Requirement Case managers enter work activity information into WOMIS for all customers who have received TCA for 24 or more months and are required to be in a work activity. Paper documentation of these activities is kept at the local department. If the customer fails to comply with the work requirement, there is no automated communication or case processing to ensure that the case does not continue to be paid in error.
