A detailed Summary of Influenza


I have decided to write my Biology report on the disease Influenza. You might know this disease by its other name: The Flu. The Flu is an extremely contagious viral infection. It normally happens the most is winter and early spring. The infection spreads through the upper respiratory tract and sometimes into the lungs. The flu normally goes through people who share an indoor space like schools or offices.

Both colds and influenza come from viruses in the upper respiratory tract, however; the symptoms of the flu are more obvious and if there are complications, they are more severe.
