If a team of people went out on the streets of Chicago and surveyed about two hundred people, asking them what the main reason was for getting a college education, the majority would most likely say that getting a better job would be the main reason. This is also Otto Friedrich's answer, which ranks it first out of five possibles. I would have to disagree with Friedrich on this one, because I feel that education teaches morals is the most important of all the five. The reason being, our society today is crumbling when it comes to morals on the street, on television, in the business world, and in many home lives.
