There is discrimination against woman, African Americans, Asians, Hispanics or anyone else that is considered a part of the minority group. There is even a finer line of discrimination, which includes age, race, color, sex, religion, natural origin, or even the handicapped. There are many managers that participate discrimination because of their own personal problems, and they are not concerned with who is going to do the best job.
