Japan

In the history of the United States, there were many wars that were fought. But some left a greater scar than others. Some wars, in which were fought for good, turned to be something many people regretted. The Hiroshima Bombing was one of those wars, which forever changed the history of the Japanese, and Americans. It was a war in which for the first time, we fought with devastating bombs. It was the change, and start of a new era. It was one in which the United States dropped an atomic bomb, which forever changed the world- including Japan itself. This, was the start of the Nuclear age. Something in which mankind will always remember, and regret for their actions.

On August 6th, 1945, 70,000 people were killed in a matter of seconds. The United States had dropped an atomic bomb on the city of Hiroshima. The United States felt that in order to end the war, it was time to make devastating and dramatic changes. Ever since 1941, the United Sates have been fighting to end the war. Both the Japanese and Americans continued to fight, and both were determined to win. Obviously, the best thing that could possibly have happened would have been to bring the war to a quick end, with a minimum of casualties. But that was almost impossible to


At that time, it just so happened that a group of scientists were about to create a new weapon. Their project was code named as "The Manhattan Project", and it was a research program devoted to create a nuclear reaction. In that group of scientists, Albert Einstein was among them.
