This film is very good example of how teenagers today view long distance relationships. There are many scenes throughout the movie where the characters make smart remarks when it comes to relationships. The movie is based on a couple that go to two different schools, one in Texas and one in New York. One sees the relationship as very important and the other sees it as not important. It is a great look at how the society we live in today feels about commitment and trust. If the world lived in this way there would be a lot more problems to deal with.

I really don't think that people understand the power of good communication. I've learned that being honest and not holding back on your thoughts is very important. When in a relationship of any kind it isn't fair to one another to lie or be dishonest. This article provides research and studies that have been done on how important communication is. Through this research I will be able to give a scientific view of this area in my major term paper. The study of good communication is very important to maintain a healthy relationship and this journal will provide the information that will help display just that.
