As a coach I would have strong feeling and believes as to when I playing. So practice would be mandatary for everyone. Every player, coach or parents in the organations will be treated the same. There would be a no cut policy so kids can particapate in sports. Every player would have to wear the same uniforms because things should be the same. There would be mandatary meetings I would have to let parents know how things are going with there kids. During the summer I would find numerous track camps to send kids to give exsposure and improve techques from some of the best. My office would be open to any athlete needed to talk. My high school coaches run there programs in that manner and that a fine way to run things. Fair coaches is the best coaches and that’s who gets the most out of there kids. That’s the way I think things should be run.
