All cities across the nation need the proper authority to keep everything under control.

Police officers do just that. They are here to provide a safe and crime free environment

as much as possible. Yet still there are some officers that feel they need to prove to

are ones who cite pointless tickets and harass harmless individuals day by day. I know

this from personal experience. Therefore police officers are a mystery to me. Do they
