I know I wouldnt be the only who would say the 17th century is a compact era, a time of adventure and inventions, political problems aswell as economical ones, tales of love and hate between the vast and ever expanding upper class. The period has the perfect ingredients for a suspense- full and promising tv soap/drama.

With the amount of changes that occured in the 17th century one can easily say that it is one of the most essential centuries in history. The changes have formed our present day, in social, poltical, and economical ways. And it will most likely effect our future in some matter.

Yet one can argue that all the cenutries have made some effect in their own way, but it was in the 17th century that people began to open their eyes to the surroundings, they dared to venture in to the unknown, to confront the way humans are. It was all do to with expanding the human knowledge as well as making it clear, making assumptions proven facts an


These new philosofers, as they were callled beagn to travel to far away parts of the world, and would bring back with them not only new knowledge but also new materials, and even foriegn people for example arabs and africans.

Well, there was no reputation, just a bit of local gossip. The upbringing was not forth seen, the queen did not force Badin to be anything he wasn't. He was taught to repect others, yet he was allowed to move around as he wished.
