Magazine Analysis
In this analysis of the magazine Trans World Snowboarding, I plan to enlighten you (the reader) on how the writers of this magazine portray their own type of style, structure and voice. In my opinion the magazine Trans World Snowboarding, has what it takes to be called one of the greatest snowboarding magazines on the market. It’s in depth interviews with riders from all different countries and the informative articles that tell us “losers” how to do “way awesome move’s”. Especially don’t forget the “fly” photos where they show off their fellow riders “Shredding the Rad” (an expression used by many snowboarders to explain riding on great snow). The interviews in this magazine really stand out. The interviewer makes the article very personal and it makes the reader feel as if they are in the room with the person. One that really got to me was a little chat with Risto Scott. I read the beginning of this interview and was hooked. The interviewer already knew Risto; they had been friends for a while and tended to travel together quite often.
