A. Provide a systematic definition of an ecosystem. Describe four of the examples of both "natural" and "human-made" ecosystems? Explain how a majority of human activities today are dangerous for natural ecosystems. Remember to connect these dangers to both land and ocean-based ecosystems. Why are rain forests considered so central to our planetary ecosystem?

An ecosystem is a group of different species interacting with one another and with there none living environment of matter and energy. Some examples of natural ecosystems are crop fields, farm ponds, reservoirs, and lakes behind dams. Basically everywhere on the planet is an ecosystem. A little patch of grass in the middle of a city can be considered and ecosystem for some animals. Some natural ecosystems are woods, desert, marsh, fields, and grasslands. Natural ecosystems are areas that are made by nature and not built by man. The majority of human activities are dangerous to the environment. Just simply getting up and driving to work is bad for the environment


I am going to compare and contrast the Photovoltaic cells and Parabolic Mirrors. First the size of these sources is different. Photovoltaic cells are much smaller than parabolic mirrors. They are better for smaller jobs like house units. The Parabolic mirrors are better for big jobs that are between 10 and 30 Kilowatts. Parabolic mirrors are very expensive but they have a high rate of efficiency. Photovoltaic cells are not as expensive and are the choice for most of the small energy needing jobs across the country.

Wind power is generated by turbines, which have grown in size and power over the years. Wind power is generated through the wind turbines. Wind hits the propellers on the wind turbines and then it turns the gearbox, which states the electronic generator, which sends power through the power cable. Some of the benefits of wind power are that it is an unlimited source of energy. If you can find a favorable sight it is never going to be depleted. Wind farms can be build in 6 to 12 months.
