There are so many different cartoon heroes out there. American children seem to be obsessed with heroes. They buy their action figures, lunch boxes, and anything else you can find with an action hero on it. Though there are so many different comic heroes out there, two of the most popular are Batman and Superman. These two figures are have been American classics for a long time. There have been TV shoes, movies, and cartoons about both of these men. Batman and Superman both protect human beings from the evils of the world. Even though fighting crime is one of their similarities, they also have so many differences. But who is the best?

Batman has been around for about 50 years. He is known as the Black Knight. His real name is Bruce Wayne. Bruce Wayne is a normal human who decided to become a hero. He is a millionaire who is the owner of WayneCorp. He lives in Gotham City. When Bruce was young he watched his parents get murdered. After their deaths Bruce was raised by the family butler, Alfred. Hunted by his parents' death, Bruce dedicated his life to fi


On the other hand, some people like Batman better than Superman because Batman is a "real" human. Batman wears a black tight suit, he wears a mask and he also wears a yellow utility belt around his waist that carries all of his tools. He fight his crime at night, while Superman fights crime all of the time. Batman is more realistic than Superman; he relies on his detective skills and his high-tech tools. Batman had to work very hard for all of the skills that he has while Superman skills came naturally. Batman sometimes has a sidekick to help fight crimes. Batman has the Batcave, the Batmobile and many other cool things to help him fight crimes.

Superman has been around for about 60 years. He is known as the Man of Steel. His real name is Clark Kent. Clark Kent is not human, he is from the planet Krypton. When he landed on Earth on a rocket he was found by a couple name Martha and Jonathan Kent. They took the baby as their own and named him Clark Kent. Clark grew up in Smallville, Kansas.
