Whenever the topic of abortion is brought up most people think all the way back to the trial of Roe vs. Wade. This was the trial that made it legal for women to have an abortion. As a member of the Catholic Church, we feel that abortion violates the 5th Commandment, Thall Shall Not Kill. But the laws now state that t a woman has a right to chose weather she want her baby or not. The case of Roe vs. Wade started at the end of 1972 and ended in late January of the next year.
