In Merchant of Venice, by William Shakespeare, there is a lot of hate. Antonio

dislikes Shylock just because he is a Jew and Shylock hates Antonio because of the way

he treats him and cause Antonio lends out money interest free. A man named Bassanio

goes to Antonio, his best friend, for money to go and pose as a rich man to win a woman

named portia's hand but all of Antonio's money is on ships out at sea. So Antonio goes to

Shylock to borrow 3 thousand Ducats to give to Bassanio. In return Shylock says he will

give the money interest free, but if he doesn't pay him back in three months he can have a

pound of flesh from Antonio. Resulting that the court rules he must take the pound of
