What Makes A Leader

A detailed Summary of What Makes A Leader

What makes a leader? This question has been posed in many areas within our everyday lives. This question is asked in the business, religious, social, and most often in the political world.

Throughout our world's history, even if you look back to the beginning of man, you will see that there have always been leaders. Some of these leaders were natural leaders, and others were born into the position. The question is, what makes a leader? What causes the certain individual to do the things they do, make the decisions they do, and act the way they do on certain issues. There are many different types of leaders. Perhaps the most important quality in a leader is how affective they are. Can they get done with what they were put into that leadership position to do? The evaluative process is also very important. Throughout the career of a leader they are going to have to interact with and evaluate other individuals. How well can this be done and how to take the proper action upon it will determine how good of a leader one will be. There are many other agents of political socialization, such as your political thought process. Most, if not all of the political though!

The final element that goes into a leader is political communication. Political communication is simply that, communicating. How well can the leader communicate their political thoughts and ideas to th
