The Comparison on the Roman Entertainment and Spain's Entertainment
Introduction: Have you ever wondered what the differences In the Spanish entertainment and the Italian entertainment? Well, the truth is there are lot of minor differences in every field of entertainment between the two countries. Spain on the other hand may be up to date on its entertainment while Italy is trying to catch up on it's entertainment. Statement of controlling purpose: The purpose of this paper is to compare and contrast the Italian Entertainment to the Spanish Entertainment. Italy and Spain both have the game of fotbal (American name soccer) Soccer is Spain and Italy's most popular spectator sport. Every city has a team that competes in a league. Basketball is a sport which is not yet popular is Italy but is very popular in Spain. Since 1980 Spain basketball has come increasingly popular. Each city and town has there own team and league were some Americans play. The rules of the game are similar to the NBA. Both countries have bicycle racing. Italy's sport of bicycle racing is an actual team sport where in Spain it is just a hobby. Bicycle Racing is a sport, which the Italians have all ways have done well. Students with that title spend one more year taking a course, which prepares then for college. A Primary education in Italy and Spain is free at government schools. But private schools, which are, ran mostly by churches cost money. Unlike Spain the Italians have performances that are apart of plays. Italian drama consists of slapstick and rude repartee among commercially masked actors with dances. The Italians soon lost interest in opera and turned to comic opera. Italy's first theatre had no seats. Spain had televisions before Italy did. Italy's television was introduced in 1954 but it wasn't until the 1980's there were only two channels and they were both owned by the state. Italy came out with the television in 1975. Italy and Spain both have private and public television. Italy has 3 main channels, which broadcast, throughout the nation. Private channels are owned by businesses, and they advertise companies' commercials. In Spain the government transmits two channels. There are three private stations with one broadcasting in Catalan and another in Basque. There are also 7 public regional stations. They include News-related programs and old films. Currently all channels in Italy and Spain broadcast in English, French, German, and Italian.
