I, like many others, believe education is the key to solving our hate speech problems. First we need to educate parents to teach their children that just because a person does not get their way in society does not mean people are looking at their race, color or sex. Our companies or governments should not have quotas on hiring different races or sexes. We need to encourage companies to give extra benefits for employees taking diversity training courses. These employees will not only take this education back to the workplace with them, but also take it home and teach by example for their children.
