Our Trip to the Dekalb Farmers Market
On Tuesday April 3, 2001 we went on a field trip to the Dekalb Farmers Market to observe the interaction of different cultures. There are many different cultures working at the market and many different foods to buy.
The farmers market is very different from your normal grocery store. The food offered is sold at a much more reasonable price that the grocery store. We saw many interesting types of food not normally seen in the United States. Some of the foods that we saw are as follows:
